Linker Hospital Sub-Diagnosis Queuing Management System is a set of
system with diagnosis managed by computer, which is developed by
our company on the basis of a great amount of investigation and
research on hospital environment, diagnosis environment and work
procedure and can solve such problems as out-of-order queuing of
patients, uneven workload of doctors and noisy environment etc.
Doctors can orderly call patients to diagnose only by pressing call
key in the call terminal with labor-intensive queuing and number
calling avoided.
This system can built up scientific, reasonable, quiet and orderly
diagnose environment for hospitals and are suitable for different
kinds of hospitals. This system is a separate system and can run
independently; it also can closely integrate with HIS System and
exchange data.
Sub-Diagnosis Work Station
Sub-diagnosis workstation runs sub-diagnosis queuing management
procedure and complete sub-diagnosis management, system management
and terminal control.
Sub-diagnosis management
Complete ticket classification handling and distribute customers
flow and cancel some numbers in accordance with work; synchronously
show call information on information display screen and inquire
patients flow. Examine current and past queuing situation and also
own functions including inserting, transfer and service booking.
System management
System management software procedure is designed with different
popedom set up. When inputting own user name and password, the
management staff can conduct system setup within own popedom,
cancel some numbers, inquire display, record by classification and
analyze some materials including situations of diagnosis rooms,
completion quantity, work efficiency and waiting time of patients
etc.
Terminal Control
Realize control and management on various terminals, including
receiving operational instructions including call/transfer etc.
from operational terminal, sending some data including number
information of called patients to operational terminal, controlling
information display to show call reminding information and sending
voice call instruction information etc. to voice controller etc.
System Configuration
This system consists of sub-diagnosis station, sub-system management control computer (combined with sub-diagnosis station), system server, management station, information node machine, information display, voice controller, speaker, call terminal (physical terminal or virtual terminal) and connection box etc.
Each section office is equipped with a set of sub-system. Several sub-systems are united to consist of the overall queuing management system of the hospital. Queuing sub-systems communicate through internal protocol each other and with system server. Queuing system is connected to the local area network of the hospital (network protocol is TCP/IP) and communicates with diagnosis registration system, HIS system, PACS system through data port protocol and output information in the queuing system to HIS system through ODBC for electronic case history and sickroom system use.
One section can have many waiting areas, which is suitable for sections with many floors, or large areas and wide coverage (such as internal medicine). Each waiting area is equipped with an information display (with voice call) and each information display only displays call information of this waiting area.
Function
This system can run independently as an independent system and also
can be connected to HIS System to exchange data.
Transmission cable can directly apply comprehensive distribution.
Also support centralized registration and section registration.

Operational terminal of doctors can adopt physical operational
terminal or virtual operational terminal and also can adopt both.
Adopt advanced voice synthesizing technology and support call of
patients' names. Synthesized voice is close to human's voice.
Support ticket automatic identification to log on system and ticket
automatic identification to call patients.
Database adopts SQL SERVER with quick and reliable data processing.
Distributing configuration. Each section, several sections that
stand closely or one floor serves as a sub-system.
Strong management and statistics function offers effective and
convenient methods for hospital to conduct modern science
management.
